Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center

Having a student at Kent State University we utilise this hotel each time we come over - it's very convenient to downtown and the University, always clean, beds are comfortable, rooms are always clean. Service staff are always great. Having a washer/dryer inhouse is also super convenient.

Love the proximity to downtown and campus. Our favorite place to stay when we come visit our Flash girl. Beds are super comfy and the rooms are a nice size.

First,I really liked, Sarah, the front desk reservationist. She was very friendly, energetic and helpful. She gave us 2 great recommendations on nearby restaurants. She also took care of a snafu in the reservation, that was my fault, seamlessly and quickly. Our rooms were spotless and larger than expected. The King bed was very comfortable, not too soft or hard. The room provided all the necessities..The bathroom had a nice large granite ? sink and a good sized shower with interchangeable shower head settings. We did not use the swimming pool or eat at the hotel restaurant. We also had a very quiet stay, which is a big plus. Excellent hotel, especially for the price!

The front desk staff was great! We checked in on Christmas and they were very helpful with everything! We told them that we had 2 dogs and they were very pet friendly and accommodating! I would give the Hotel a 10 except that our room didn’t have any extra blankets or pillows. I am sure the front desk would have brought them up but we already called for a do not disturb sign, which he brought quickly! I would just prefer to not have to ask.

Love the proximity to campus. Makes it really convenient when we are visiting our daughter in college.
